Hi. I can access to multiplayer games, as usual, but since two dais ago, when the fight begins a message appears in three o four seconds, and multiplayer disconnects:

Game disconnection
The Bloviverse desync'd

What means?
Maybe something about the new update of android?

Hi paco,

Hmmm... technically, that means floating-point math on your device is different from other people's devices. Strange that it just started happening a couple of days ago though. We'll look into it.

In the meantime, please let us know what device and OS you're running. Also, what "new update of Android" are you referring to?

Thanks!
Eddy

I have exactly same phone (Google Nexus 4), exactly same OS (Android 4.3), and exactly same problem. I can't play any arena, though. I confirm that problem appeared only after the
OS update.

After reading the FAQ I thought that you combined
iOS and Android multiplayer users, but from this post it seems it's not the case.

Please, fix this bug, cause I didn't plan to stop on 5080 won multiplayer matches. :)

Thanks!

We're looking into this issue now and trying to reproduce it. It would be great if you could email us at androidsupport [at] hemispheregames [dot] com so we can keep you updated on our progress and get more information on your situation if we need it. Thanks!

Hi. LOVE Osmos! I seem to be having the same problem.

Blobiverse Desync'd on Google Play Games multiplayer after just a few seconds - every time I've tried
Brand new Nexus 7 (2nd Gen/2013)
Newest Android version - 4.3

Please look into. I can play multiplayer on my other tablet but it would look so much better on the Nexus. Thanks!

I'm a big fan as well, recently tried multiplayer with a friend and was disappointed to have dsync issues. It seems to work fairly consistently on the orbit style levels, but the impasse style level dsyncs after about 5 seconds of play.

This issue occurs on my Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 (2013), playing with a friend on a Galaxy Note 2.

*edit*
We are both on the humble bundle edition. My note 2 wielding friend (android 4.1) tried with somebody else and it's working fine. Perhaps this is an android 4.3 issue?

Hello,

I want to say you I have exactly the same problem :

In all arenas in multiplayer mode, after 10 seconds playing
I have this message and I am disconnected :

Game disconnection
The Blobiverse desync'd

My phone :
Brand new Nexus 7 (2nd Gen/2013)
Newest Android version - 4.3

For your information, I made this test :
I tried to uninstall and reinstall Osmos,
but no succes !!

If I read the previous messages ,
I understand that the problem start with Android V3.4 update and I think it is possible
I'm fan since almost 2 years
and I succed about 1750 mutiplayer victory before V3.4 update.

Did you plan an update for Osmos to solve the problem soon ?
Thanks and best regards

(PS, sorry for my english, I'm French)

Thanks for the info everyone -- the folks at Apportable found a fix! :)

We'll try to get it submitted to the store as soon as possible. I'll post here again when it's up.

Cheers,
