Multiplayer Problem: WLAN-off

Hi, greetings from Germany.

My daughter and I have a problem: When we try to start a multiplayer Osmos, I can find her - with my Xperia Z3 Compact. But can´t find me, with her HTC evo 3D. Her message: "you are connected with: WLAN: off". But she ist connected with WLAN.
With Google Play Games it is the same. Ich can send her an invite. She receives it. But she can´t accept - no game starts. VS: if she try´s to invite me, i doesn´t receive anything.

Whats wrong?

It´s a very fine game, we like it very much. But we bought two licences to play together - can you help?

Hi Kalabuster,

Strange that her device is reporting "WLAN: off" when she's connected.

One quick suggestions is to try rebooting her device. (This sometimes fixes "mysterious" problems)

If that doesn't work, send us an email at androidsupport@hemispheregames.com. I'll send over an alternate version of the game which *may* work better. (btw, are you running the latest version from Google Play on both devices?) Either way we'll try to get you connected.
